Heather Greer - Multi-published Author

Bio - Heather Greer has always loved stories. With a mom who worked in a Christian bookstore, that love was fed on Christian authors whose stories she devoured. Heather knew from childhood that she wanted to create stories and characters for others to enjoy, and as she grew up, Heather knew her stories would be faith-filled like the ones that influenced her own relationship with God. Heather is blessed to use her God-given passion for reading and writing to give readers Living Faith, one story at a time.

Heather is a preacher's kid and pastor's wife from southern Illinois. Her newly emptied nest provides Heather with more time for reading and writing the stories she loves and antiquing with her husband. When she's not doing those things, you'll probably find her crafting, baking, or wrestling forbidden objects away from their rambunctious puppy.

Blurb - When rules and tools designed to improve our writing and productivity don’t work for us, we wonder–is adequate all we can achieve? Did God provide what we need for success? Is writing the wrong path for us?

God designed us uniquely, from passions to personalities. We’re not cookie-cutter people. Why do we aspire to be cookie-cutter writers? And does clinging to individuality mean rules don’t apply?

With scripture as our base, You Write You provides insight into our God-given design. It encourages exploration of the heart of writing aids and teaches us how to combine both elements. Together, we will discover how honoring the heart brings freedom to write as God created us to write.

Susan Lyttek - Fantasy/Mystery Author

Bio At the tender age of six, calamity struck Susan Lyttek’s childhood home. Actually, the television died and her educator parents who’d just purchased their first home didn’t have the funds to replace it. Thus, she began reading to find escape and solace in story worlds like Narnia, Earthsea, and Prydain, or adventures with Nancy Drew and the Hardy Boys.

Later, after told the mystery she wanted to check out from the library with “talking mice, fish, and fairies” didn’t exist, she decided to write the stories she wanted to read. She’s been doing exactly that ever since.

Fortunately, or unfortunately, that means her work crosses genres and formats: from mystery to fantasy, flash fiction to novels, poetry to plays, and magazine articles to devotionals. If it intrigues her, she will write about it!

A diehard supporter of the homeschool community, writing teacher and coach to multiple generations of homeschooled students, she believes that educational paths are by choice, not obligation.

Married to the man who dated her on a bet when they were both teenagers, she chooses to treat life as an adventure and does at least one thing each year that scares her. Why should her characters have all the fun?
